“I have suffered with lower back pain for years and recently ended up with a prolapsed disc. I was advised to try Pilates to strengthen my core and I was recommended Anita. I have been attending her Pilates class for 12 weeks now and it has made such a difference. I am walking and standing with a much better posture and my core is already so much stronger.
