The free consultation is a great way for you to find out more about the Fitness with Anita and to ask any questions you may have.
As well as getting to know each other, I will gather some really important information so that I understand you as an individual, enabling us to ensure that each training session is as challenging, enjoyable, and effective for you as we can make it.
We will have a chat about:
Any goals you are wanting to achieve and the motivation behind them.
Your current and previous exercise and activities experience.
Your choices in relation to eating habits, routine, and lifestyle.
Recording any current or previous injuries and medical conditions.
Personal Training
I’ll create bespoke one-on-one fitness programmes for you, motivating, and guiding you to achieve your goals.
Firstly, I’ll conduct fitness assessments to establish your fitness and skill level. Then I will host one-on-one, two-to-one, or small-group personal training sessions with you.
Together we will identify goals and I will create tailored exercise plans, monitor your progress, and guide you on health and lifestyle changes. My education and advice will help you to maintain or reach your fitness and health goals
I strive to keep up to date with the latest personal training techniques, and best practices to help you with your workouts.
We’ll create a positive, professional, and trusting relationship and I will provide innovative, and challenging exercises to keep you engaged, and motivated.
